Archer Enterprises isn’t just a business, it’s an assignment that grew out of life experience. I’ve spent years building my career, pouring myself into the people and work I believe in. And even with all that effort, there were moments when I quietly wondered: Is this enough? Am I securing the future I want for my family, my future grandkids, my retirement — for the people who matter most to me?

Over time, I realized that the same skills I used to support teams — coaching, simplifying complex information, strategic planning, project management, and guiding people through change — are the very skills women need to step confidently into their dream life. With the right plan and experienced support system, you can build wealth without wasting time, energy, or money.
As a mom, aunt, daughter, and friend, I know how deeply we all want security for the people who depend on us. I also know that many of us — especially Black women who’ve carried families, careers, and communities on our backs — were never taught how to leverage our greatness to build wealth. The decision to launch Archer Enterprises changed that for me — it created stability, opened opportunities, and taught me what financial freedom really means.
Now I help other women stop waiting for permission and start playing big with what they already have. Because “someday” isn’t a plan — it’s a stall tactic. And your family’s future deserves more than someday.

With an honorary Doctorate in Philosophy, a B.A. in Sociology, an A.O.S. in Building Construction, a Project Management Certification, and numerous Learning & Development and Coaching certifications, I bring together education, lived experience, and practical strategy to make investing in yourself and accomplishing your dream accessible rather than intimidating. My mission is to help women build generational wealth intentionally and confidently — not through shortcuts, but through knowledge, strategy, community, and ACTION — one target at a time.
